We use documented evidences and innovative technologies to strengthen or build the capacity of district management teams to deliver on their roles and responsibilities and on programmes and projects they are responsible for. Our training are Competency based to provide skills needed for optimal delivery and performance.

We establish and management south to south cross fertilisation network in using digital technologies and dedicated events to help districts team learn from each other and share information across peers. Our networking platform is built on SMART technologies and solutions to ensure the go and continuous sharing.
